DESCRIPTION
The product is made from Nori seaweed, hand-harvested in the wild, dehydrated at low temperature (below 40°C), cut and packaged. The white coating may be due to naturally occurring salt.
Baked and shredded as a seasoning. Cooked as an addition to soups, creams, croquettes, pies, as well as scrambled eggs, rice or stew.
METHOD
Soak in water for 5 minutes. When soaked, Nori expands to four times its dry weight. Cook as desired for about 5 minutes. You can also prepare it in the oven or in a pan.
